I left because i meant its draw, forgot to wait till all makes draw, i just meant its draw when we kicked that one player which lagged out.

What are you saying? Someone got kicked but 2v3 doesn't mean the game is drawn. The game was only drawn BECAUSE you left. There wasn't enough !draw votes to actually draw the game so you leaving the game is the only reason why it was ultimately drawn.
