Yes its true. We are old player stopped this game after dota-league end 2011.

He dont told u that he is away from home and used a open network (hotel room) and get automatic banned for this, your System detect this hotel ip as VPN.

Unban him so we can play again for the good old times.

Hey sorry for replying so late...
My friend told me that there has been some confusion around him supporting my claim.
I had to travel work related and was just on my way back driving a car. He informed me that it could help my cause to explain the situation more thoroughly and because i was driving, is asked him to write the comment for you to read. We are not 1 and the same person...
Most of our games so far have been played together... → Kind of hard to controll 2 champions at once from different IP´s...

I see you've been able to play on a different IP since you posted your appeal, so i'll process this.
