Why are you banned: I didnt build round 17.
Why you should be unbanned:
Do you guys even see the replays before banning people? This guy forces send round 16 (which is against the rules). they dont even leak to king. The guy fucked the entire game. The game is then pretty much over, we are going to lose. They send 17, our merged lanes leak about 50 units. wouldnt matter whatsoever if I built or not. So I dont understand, it is okay to purposely ruin games by forcing sends and wanting to be team commander with ridiculous sends, but not ok to give up when we are going to get 17 send and we wont have a chance.

If the guy you are talking about broken the rules you have to report him.
But if someone breaks the rules it does not justify for other players to break the rules too.
