Why you should be unbanned: Really I don't know what the ''139255'' reason is...So, it's difficult for me to apologize for an unknown reason. I don't want to pretend. Not only that but the ban will stay for ~4months...Can someone help me with this?

Looks like you're caught in a range ban which was placed for someone else. You share that user's IP range. He plays dota, like you, therefore we cannot remove that ban just yet.
As an innocent user, our procedure is to add one of your accounts to our whitelist. While you're playing on the whitelisted account, our range bans won't affect you.
Keep in mind you can only have one account whitelisted at all times, and you're eligible for a change once every two months.
I assume you'd like planaria#entconnect whitelisted?
