He does appear to hack in this game, in most games he picks tiny and as soon as it appears game is lost he afks. probably not his main account.

That one timestamp isn't enough. Need more instances if you're going to want someone to be banned for maphacking. You should know by now that most people who play Tiny will look to aim for heroes so it's not unusual for a Tiny player to scout jungle and I guess he found Spectre there. If you have more instances, post it. I'm not going to review a full game looking for someone maphacking.
