I already took an auto ban, Linflas is known as low iq by resetting his elo 5x and still can't make 1000. What is an iq?

Ofc it was a rage quit, he left right after they killed him, typed ff like 5 times. If he lagged out there would be a countdown and that "trying to reconnect" procedure. The game crashes sometimes but in that case there is a countdown too, it doesn't kick you rightaway. When all that fails there is a messege in game history that the player was "automatically dropped after 180 seconds" or "dropped due to desync". Neither of these happened there. He left that game, clearly. But of course you're the judge here.

Stop reporting players that we actually need and enjoy playing with and work on your own gameplay first
