grownalchemist after having 4 16 and 1/11 for 45min and refusing to charge, charging ilu making all ur team dies and finishing by ignoring an admin recommandation when i ask you to stop die solo and to start charging

rogigi19 techies is a hero who need to put mines base when we are min 60 and having hard time, you refused to cooperate, refused to talk to any of your team, refused to back when i ping you 200 times they are coming, never answered and playing your own thing.
You have a history of 4 accounts, having 1 or 2 games on each acc, i have a feeling you are a ruiner in any games.

This ban is total garbage... you cant ban someone for having a bad game and nap trader barking orders entire game.. you mods are ridiculous.

he should be unban, it was the techies pick that made you lose. the game went late and you have a techies. thats always the outcome.

Both players were banned for refusing to learn/and or cooperate. Advices and feedback were given by an admin (@iambackk) in game however the accused players did not listen or respond. Yes, it is bannable if you are blatantly refusing to correct your game play especially being asked in game by an admin. He's even telling you what the problem is and all it takes is your cooperation to remediate it. If you feel otherwise then at least speak up and provide a reason but ignoring or going silent will be taken as intentional.

FYI @iambackk did state that he is an admin in game

if you think techies late game is bad, then you need to improve at dota, techies one of the hardest hero late game.
Also, i told you i am an admin, i asked you arround 10 times to charge to team play, to stop solo dying, you everytime taking the wrong decision, you listen nothing and you just play on your own decision and that resulted to a 4/15 game beeing useless all the game.
It's not only about your score but your gameplay in general, and especially provoking and unignoring me at the end of the game after ignoring me for giving you advices.

for techies, i asked you many times to stop dying alone especially min 60 it's to long to revive and racks need 15 sec to be taken, but you took the decision to troll alone and to put absolutely 0 mines on the 3 sides of racks.
How it is possible to be so bad seriously and to come here to said the ban is BS.
