^^ i think thats enough proof that this guy is clearly throwing.. Hes not trying to improve or give others a decent game. Hes inconsiderate like michicken said and just here to waste everyones time.

@iambackk @mikejones I'm sure you guys have given this guy many chances but he seems to only be on good behavior when an admin is there babysitting him. See how he didn't respond at all but tried to make up for it by warding? What his excuse now? That he was lagging so bad he couldn't read?

Hexar is problematic player but he is always opened to speak with other players, i never saw him ignoring someone for no reason, he always take advices also.
@hexar or whatever acc you have in ent, please could you be carefull with random ? because as you know, you need to improve with 2/3 heroes then try other heroes (or go random in bnet), because most of the time you ruin games even if it's not intentional.

Hes not good enough to random since he doesn't ask or pay attention to anything. Hes abusing the "Im noob" to get away with this shit. He kept taking small afk breaks thats why he couldn't level up correctly. No micro on his bear or his hero to farm against jungle creeps, which explains his travel back to the fountain consistently. Ban him and let him learn from it.

Easy to solve this problem. Anyone below 1100 ELO should not be allowed to random, new account or not.

I think the DotA rules of the past could be added on.

Should include common sense shit fit for the player pool today because these bad players might be bad but they know how to play just 'bad enough' to not get banned.
