Situation: I was playing Hero Line Wars deluxe when I was disconnected for an unknown reason. when i came to a new game it said I was auto-banned.
Why you should be unbanned: I didn't leave I was dc'ed and I couldn't prevent the issue. I think you should program your bots to not ban people for disconnected its really unfair.

The bot doesn't autoban all. But it looks at your stay percentage.
Since you got a new account with 6 games and left/dc'd 2 of them your stay percentage is too low.
Also there are programs like ent connect and gproxy which will help prevent a dc.
