Why you should be unbanned: The only reason that he even got some kills in the first place was fail attempts to make him stop stalling in the middle. Attempting to provoke him to find lumberbases, and or a base in general. As you an see near the end before the vk even started that the main titan and all of his minions were purposely in the middle struck. I have checked the reply and he wasn't looking for items to buy. He was "practically" afking with all of his minions to stall on purpose. + even though he had vision after one of the kills of all the feed on the map. I know stalling is hard to define, but this is stalling when you wouldn't even leave the middle when there are bases out there just waiting around.
All these users should be unbanned.

Note the keywords that are underlined. "Killing any builders" If you want it as a game-perspective of the chance of winning or loosing: I was the pirate in this game according to the situation above. Getting lumber fed. Which level he was, even with great micro there was absolutely no chance of survival against the base I had. He was such a low level at the point before he got kicked he wouldn't be able to siege 2 walls, and that's not even with all the towers attacking him at once. I wouldn't even have to rewall. +plus the obvious skill level of the titan as it. a new player to the game, or a pro player. But this case it was obvious that he was more a new player. Getting no chance to micro at all, watching from select appearances during the reply. He does not know how to even micro. Giving no chance to kill any other builder.

Plus I have captured the titan's traffic through my network monitor. As I was saying he shouldn't even have the chance if he was multi-boxing with the following definition above. I mean physically with skill capability. Since hes delay was high.

Not to mention if this was a situation of kloading, which is multi-boxing on the same Macaddress, but internally. Warden looks down upon kloading. And it is highly illegal to be kloading on Battle.net in the first place. Using the same ISP. Hence why he shouldn't even have the chance.

Hey I've been banned for votekick abuse before too - it's (in my opinion) the dumbest thing to get banned for, especially if you have a reason to votekick and it never passes because 1 or 2 people are either afk or don't !yes it. votekick abuse should be looked at more carefully, like for example what happened to me. Two builders stalling, walling the map (they are elo hunters). I was titan and was trying to kill the last two who were nethering and tping (One draenei the other demonoligist) and basically the last two were just walling the map and then after about 30 minutes they votekicked me so they could have the win. Correct me if i'm wrong but it seems like that's the kind of votekick abuse that you should get banned for.

But evilmad and the other banned users should not be banned if they have a reason to votekick... And from what I've read, it's an agreeable situation to votekick and you can obviously tell people were afk or didn't !yes it if they had to start a votekick multiple times.

I could be wrong, but i'm just saying they don't deserve a ban for wanting to play the game properly without a titan that does what he/she did.

This is my appeal, the other appeal wasn't by me. That was me supporting. So this is my first appeal. So if you think you can be reasonable relook over the replay and think how fast the minions, plus the titan dies at my base. The minions literally gets 1shotted, then titan 3 shotted ~ The reason for that is stalling the entire games, which is votekickable. He was such a low level by lerking around the mound the entire game. And even afking. HE HAD NO CHANCE TO WIN. And yet he just kept right in the middle the entire game, not even trying any bases. Relook that ban and please think over it. Please input. That's definition of stalling from what you quoted. No chance of winning but carrying on the game purposely

(p.s. reason why I would want bouncing or some other admin look at this is because they are more experience when it comes to this common reasoning)

I took the necessary actions that needed to be tooken. I even thought about votekicking before even votekicking. And it needed to be done to end the game. Or else the game would have just kept stalling. As what Freelo stated in-game. We talked it over, we needed to votekick him.

I would agree, the ban seems harsh for the scenario. I feel like if the majority of the defenders think that the titan is stalling, then it's most likely that he is in the context of the game. Otherwise, why ruin a perfectly good game? It doesn't make sense to VK your titan for no reason (apart from ELO, but who really cares about that).

Both sides are somewhat valid. So I'll begin with the mod's perspective:
The titan killed two or three builders in total, the latest one was mak, allowing him to "stall" more if needed to a total of 40 minutes. However, since, as Cambrioleuse mentioned, the criteria for stalling wasn't necessarily met, the votekick seems wrong.

On the other hand, the titan was basically just being on auto-pathing (going forth and back due to fog/vision), using wc on the mini for no reason and then killing a builder who went middle (that's the builders' fault: If you want to kick someone for stalling or afking, dont animate him to do something...).

The decision for overturning the ban is a different: In my opinion, the titan refused to play. It may be similar to stalling but has a little different criteria which the titan more than once fulfilled by talking about ban dodging and other crap rather than actually actively playing the game (stayed middle from 16-22 doing nothing).

My decision would most likely be a different if the titan's attitude would be a different, too. Seeing it from the perspective of stalling and the mod's perspective, the decision was correct.

But seeing it from the perspective of game ruining and refusing to play, the votekick can be justified, therefore unbanning the players except for the titan.

@neco Edit: Votekicks aren't justified because the majority voted yes. In most cases, the majority gets banned for blinding voting yes or just thinking "he maphacked" or whatever reasons. Plus, the perspective you've ingame is rather narrowed compared to a replay view, making votekicks extremely hard to judge in ID compared to DotA where at least 4 others know what happens.

@evilmad666 For your next appeals, refrain from insulting the mods in your post.
