Why you should be unbanned:

Hi, someone is using my name on Europe, i don't have tom_b account on Europe but I'm banned anyway. Just want to avoid getting banned for whoever else is using the account on other realm. You can do IP check to see that I'm not the same guy..

You shouldn't be banned at all, only the euro account seems to be banned. Check if you can join a game then return here if you can't.

The ban does not affect u = invalid appeal.
Make another name to play on euro meanwhile.
