Apparently you didn't fix it. Get one of the reconnection-tools running (links in my signature) and then post here again, stating which one you gonna use from now on.

Although if you manage to get banned again for connection problems & still aren't using a reconnection tool. Don't expect your appeal to be approved until you start using one.
