!approve
NEEGGARO is banned for 16 days, 7 days for refusal to play, 7 days for refusal to defend (prior to stop playing all 3 raxes were still around), and 2 days for item destruction (before game ended so not going to ban for longer)
Any comments pm me
Why you should be unbanned: It was clear that we were being slaughtered, I continuously typed !ff to forfeit, It was obvious that we CANNOT defend and will just continuously get killed, so in order to protect my K/D and for the game to end faster, I just simply stayed in fountain, it was not "refusal to play" or "refusal to defend" but simply accepting defeat. The Item destruction was justifiable simply by me wanting to make a force staff and was unable to. This is clearly an unfair ban. Many players have done this and not just me.

Re: Ban Appeal : Neeggaro
If you felt said game was over, leave it instead of staying in the back as your team still struggled to defend raxes and play. Standing behind fountain doing nothing means your game ruining. You guys had lost zero raxes when you decide that the game was over in your own terms. Had 2/3 raxes been taken and then you decide to stop playing because at that point it is beyond a doubt the game is over then I would have not enforced my ban, but all raxes were in play when you stop playing. Many players hiding behind fountain refusing to play/defend have been banned by me as well, so that is not a justification for you to do what you did.
Re: Ban Appeal : Neeggaro
If i would have left, it would have also resulted to a ban. Simply staying behind the fountain is a legitimate strategy to just not die period and not "game ruining". It was clear in the game that i simply could not do anything. if i had continued to play and just fed, then it would also be "game ruining?". its a lose / lose situation and i simply just stayed behind and not feed the other players. I did not refuse to play at all, i simply just chose not to die. That judgement is just pure unfair, on top of that getting banned for 16 days? 7 days for refusal to play and 7 days for refusal to defend (which is pretty much the same thing if you ask me)? Im simply explaining my actions and this was not intentional refusal.

Re: Ban Appeal : Neeggaro
The leaving ban vs the refusal to play/defend any raxes is far less in duration as far as I see it. I will only reduce said ban to half since this is your first time breaking any of Ent rules. You have served 3 days so far, 5 days remain.
This is the full list of general rules we have, make sure to read the one I highlight in red because if this happens again I will not reduce my ban at all.
