Situation: I was playing Axe doing well when the game froze. I waited for a few minutes then restarted my computer. I played another game after this, then when I tried to join another it wouldn't let me.
Why you should be unbanned: This has only happened once before in the hundreds of ENT dota games I have played on this account, so it's not a recurring issue that will continue to mess up games. I never leave games early EVER even if other players in the game do. Please unban me so I can continue playing. Thank you
