Undeserved Range Ban (mistakes were made)

Why are you banned: When my friend and I went at his father's place and tried to log in ent's game we both got shut saying we've been range banned. It really doesn't make sense.
Why you should be unbanned: I've looked up every account that both me and my friend own and none of them are banned and anyway neither of us played at his dad's place for two months. It might be a mistake and I hope you can fix it or give me an explaination about the ban
