You have to answer the following questions to @Hyo

Did you remove all 3rd party tools (including maphack)
Did you learn your lesson? what has changed since you were banned?
Can we trust this won't happen again?

As you know maphack is bannable offense and 1/year of a ban for it. I hope that respected @Hyo may reduce your ban duration according to your change and patient you've had in the past 3 months.
