He said his electricity went out so wouldn't that mean he would have left anyways or is there another way of notification if someone lost electricity? I only know of two reasons for leaving a game and when I have left a game "voluntarily," sometimes I'll have a fatal error or my electricity went out and people would think I left on my own.

NO I did not leave voluntarily, my electricity really went out and I did not just quit the game on my own, when it goes out , most of the time either my account keeps stuck in the game or gets disconnected, or I dont know what happens next, but here the electiricty does not go out very often so it has been like 1 year,, I dont know how to prove you this..
