Ban Appeal

Your Warcraft III username: Subject
Realm/Gateway: useast.battlenet
Why are you banned: Not specified @av1on
Why you should be unbanned:
I'm assuming its the nature game I died? How was that suicide? I clearly put up a fight, I simply mis-judged his nuke placement/radius. If you won't unban, what is ban duration?

EDIT: av1on banned me on subject@useast

Why does it say that Subject @useast was banned then? If that is now the reason for my ban, please say so directly. @av1on

Are you gonna comment on what you actually did it or not?

@av1on ? I would if you're saying that's the reason I'm banned?
And you aren't even commenting on what you actually did as well....

still banned on subject @us.east.
Av1on still hasn't specified the reason for my ban. (the original or the present)

Look at the ban request against you, and maybe you'll have an idea. I specifically linked you to a valid ban request, now processed, as the reasoning behind your ban.

One more outburst about the reasoning and I'm denying this.

Why you should be unbanned:
opening statement
I would first like to state that the title for this ban is, incorrect."[ID] dlno@us.east [Hacking and Stealing identity/elo]"
I didn't hack anything, I didn't swap our elos to steal his identity.
my method
A couple of days ago I asked fullmelthash to validate his account. He didn't know how, so I followed the steps on entlink and he whispered the code to Clan.enterprise. Then a couple of days later, through legitimate channels, used entlink to swap our elos.
my intent
fullmelthash has constantly stated he doesn't believe his ELO should be so high, yet when I play against him, he requests me to disconnect to save his elo. (yes plural, this has happened on at least 2 occasions against me.) Upon further questioning he responded, "I just want to beat burn's elo" (burnshady island defense elo). I do not believe this is reasoning for him farming elo. I did the elo swap to publically reveal that he is an elo farmer. Why is he an elo farmer, I can't be 100% sure, its up for debate, I just wanted it to be publically known that he in fact fights for his elo.
counter argument
I can see if you are to keep me banned on the grounds of me, "misusing ent's tools". If that is the case, I have some questions.
1. How long am I banned?
2. If ent public hosting is for public hosting, will one get banned using this bot to host private matches? if so, what determines the difference between a private host and a public host?

@agreements "doesn't matter it if's on a private bot or not." What is this referring to?

Dlno is completely twisting my words. I never stated that I did not believe my elo should be so high, I have said that I do not believe myself to be that great of a player, not undeserving of my elo. His intent was completely malevolent, he tried ban me and several others for vote-kicking him due to team-killing. When he was denied, he told me he would get me back in other ways. Which i later found out to be stealing my elo.

I won't lie, what pushed me to complete my actions was the fact my vk ban was denied. Though as I previously stated I had no real intentions of stealing your elo. I just wanted to show everyone that you love your elo which I find as a, negative quality. I am looking for chat logs in which @fullmelthash requests me to give him elo.

edit:
fullmelthash requests me to disconnect to save his elo.

evidence that 3 days ago I asked him validate account. (helps show that I never had any ill intent)

Dlno this is beyond juvenile, you say you shouldn't be banned because hash doesn't think his elo matches his skill. Implying what; that 2165 matches your skill (k lol). Anyways imo you 100% deserve this ban, in no way does this ban seem unjustified to me.

@1337hamburger I said I shouldn't be banned for "[ID] dlno@us.east [Hacking and Stealing identity/elo]" Being banned for exploit though is a plausible one, though shouldn't I receive a warning its not like there was a guide on how to why to use the elo swapper...

Dlno you clearly knew what you were doing, and you of all people know the rules m8.
To state this this is a little ridiculous: "fullmelthash has constantly stated he doesn't believe his ELO should be so high, yet when I play against him, he requests me to disconnect to save his elo. (yes plural, this has happened on at least 2 occasions against me.) Upon further questioning he responded, "I just want to beat burn's elo" (burnshady island defense elo). Even IF that is the case you had broken the rules (w/ evidence).
