Why are you banned: Accused of refusing to heal.
Why you should be unbanned: I did not break any rules. I missed the heal by seconds, it was an accident. I was focusing on king control, saw it at the last second. Right after I said damn that I missed it and apologized. The rule states from the website "refusing/avoiding to heal." I don't play the game to ruin it for others, my score has been going up, I've been leading victories. Since I didn't break any rules, why was I banned in the first place?

Did you heal the king? No
Is it against the rules? Yes
Did you do it on purpose? Possibly not, considering all that you've said so far (and you even apologized).

Now, can the moderators trust that in the future, you will pay more attention to avoid these situations again? That's all they've been asking from you: to pay more attention in the future, heal the king when it's your turn (or communicate with your team if you're skipping your heal)

Mistakes can happen, moderators are not asking you to promise it won't happen again (It can happen, may it be due to you controlling king, delay, lost concentration ingame), however it is expected from you that you will pay more attention, to avoid that to happen - see the difference?

I don't know what your perspective on the word "accident" is, but it means to be a random act. What I am saying, is that I don't play to lose...so why would a person in my statue want to ruin the game? By making me say that "I won't do it again paaa" makes me sound like the noobs who ruin the game. I play the game with respect, I shouldn't of been banned in the first place. You avoided the actual rule, which is REFUSING / AVOIDING. I did neither, and the round went to 17....We lost because he didn't want to send. So now I'm being punished for something that happened on 7. Watch the game, I was saving the team. Do you job mods and watch the replay. You're accusing a good person of trying to be shitty and that's degrading.
