Ban Appeal: Archercross00

Your Warcraft III username: ArcherCross00
Realm/Gateway: US East (& account on Northrend)
Why are you banned: Refusal to heal king; juggling king to team kill
Why you should be unbanned:
Our 4th player left the game at the start of round 3 and the other team refused to draw. All 3 of us on our team wanted to forfeit but the third player had literally never played before and didn't know how to forfeit despite explicit instructions to him. The new player missed his heal on round 7. I was last heal on round 7 so I didn't heal either and only juggled for literally 5 seconds after that player missed his heal just to make the game end 5 seconds earlier.
Ridiculous report (and reported by the other team btw which makes it even dumber, my team wanted the game to end) where all I did was make the game end a total of 15 seconds earlier in a game that was one sided to begin with (20 elo change vs 10 elo change) and had one of our players leave at the start of round 3 on top of it.

@archercross00Topic against you:
viewtopic.php?t=92507Sounds like you decided to throw the game. First off, drawing is not mandatory. It is a vote among the players.
Second, you are obligated to heal whether it makes a difference or not. It is a team game and each player must do their part. As for the juggling, it doesn't matter if you did it to end the game earlier. It is strictly against our rules.
With that being said, please go to our wiki and read then paste the rules of which you've broken. Thank you

I didn't throw the game, the game was over. At the point I started juggling and didn't heal we had 1 heal left (mine), 3k hp on king, and 50 creeps of level 7 enemy. The person before me missed their heal, why are they not banned? This is also a stupid reason to ban someone - if missing your heal is bannable, then why is the capability to miss your heal even in the game?
Watch the replay. It literally caused the game to be over 10 seconds earlier. It wasn't throwing the game. I know you don't want to unban me because I got fucked over by it being a different mod having a shitty night who wanted to ban someone for no reason and the mod himself reported me, but this is really dumb. I've seen people do this countless times to end games, it isn't throwing the game, it's causing a finished game to be over (and I can't stress this enough) literally 5-10 seconds sooner.
As for posting the reason I was banned, I thought I already did that?

@archercross00All I'm asking is that you paste the rules of which you've broken from our wiki while we wait for the moderator who banned you.

Do not juggle the king preventing him from attacking or killing units.
Which, yeah, I did, but once again - caused a total of 5-10 second difference in the game which we had already lost.
I put this in the first post too, but there it is again. Missing your heal isn't bannable so I'm not including that. And if I hadn't missed my heal we still lose, just another 10 seconds later.

@archercross00 You would have survived that round for sure. There was no question about that.
Missing a heal IS bannable - re-read the rules please. Also, the !ff vote is there for a reason - it is not your place to determine that the game is over. You took the king with the intention of tanking the game and could have instead let someone else control it and not team kill - the other guy on your team that "missed his heal" actually tried to heal but simply lagged a bit (I checked the command logs).

I didn't take over the king with the intention of tanking the game. Watch the replay. I was trying my best to survive. After the other player missed his heal we had 0 chance of surviving and that's when I stopped trying.
If you get banned for missing your heal then take missing your heal out of the game. Lower skill shouldn't mean you get banned.

@archercross00 Missing a heal != low skill. You were clearly not trying since you would have survived had you not team killed. 31 on round 7 remaining after 1st missed heal - easily survive that considering king was upped to 10 attack, 7 hp, and I do not know how much regen.
