The mods can probably whitelist a name for you but it would be just one (I assume fundamental) and you won't be able to play under different accounts.

Not quite sure what a proxy/vpn is but i think the question mark is rather cool Could it be because I moved into a condo next to a unversity campus? Also seems like im only banned on the apem bot. Would also prefer to be able to play on multiple accounts to reduce stress levels if at all possible. Thanks

Do you use the university's internet? That would explain a few things

But from what I've seen you'd probably have to stick to one name

Your ban has nothing to do with a proxy/vpn. The rangeban just means that the range you're trying to play under is banned due to a dodger playing in that range.
