I have a question as to why troll and elves bot is now hosted only in eu and nowhere else.

A number of our CD-keys had been banned, and Troll vs Elves was affected by this. Currently we do not have the resources to bring up a number of bots. Until CD-keys are received to restore some of the bots, they will remain inaccessible on the official battle.net servers.
