Packet loss resolution

Update: the server transfer is complete.

Due to the packet loss on our Atlanta autohost server, we are transferring the autohost bots there back to our previous server provider (where public hosting bots are currently). This process should be completed within the next hour or so.

Sorry for the lag in the last week, but this should resolve it until the current provider adds more capacity to their network to handle denial of service attacks on their network.
