DotA Auto-Balanced Games

We now have DotA auto-balanced games! These games are automatically balanced based on ELO scores when the tenth (last) player joins, to make the game more enjoyable by putting players of different skill levels on each team. ENT68 and ENT69 (at the bottom of the gamelist) are currently hosting RD and APEM auto-balanced games, respectively. Note that the high-ranked (HR) games are also auto-balanced, but have the additional restriction that players must have greater than a certain ELO and a certain number of wins to join. The auto-balanced games, on the other hand, allow all players to join. Thus, auto-balanced games will have a greater skill distribution than the high-ranked games.
