High-ranked update

We are now testing with high-ranked games. Type !g hr to look for them; currently there is one for DotA and one for Castle Fight. To join the DotA one, you need ELO above 1300 and at least 30 wins, and to join Castle Fight HR, you need ELO above 1150 and at least 20 wins (both ELO and win requirements must be fulfilled). For stats, add "hr" or "2" after the short version; so !sdhr and !cfshr.

What's the reasoning behind -cd? Surely -ap would be quite a bit more successful.
