The start of the quarter finals will be later, because there are a lot of games that went to level 31 (that is because of -pr I guess, I didn't take that into account).
Because of that, teams have the option to choose for themselves if the quarter finals are a best-of-1 or best-of-3. If the teams disagree it will be a best-of-1.
