Hello Matty, here i am again getting griefed once more
no share, refuses to rr, and the worst of all, he made the game unplayable by not using rr on time, not pushing correctly, not building the proper units.
he hugs better players so he gets higher winrate but he plays worse than hellhalt733.
absolute disturbance to play with for everyone

i dont see any rules broken here. can you pls calm down and stop bossing people around. i just see bad calls and then blaming others. try to learn to play on a team - for example, ask questions like "what do you guys think we should do?". some people respond to that better.

but anyway i am looking for egregious game ruiners here. and i dont see any game ruin.

also i checked holy doesnt "hug" anyone really looks like he usually plays offlane by himself when you are asleep which would explain the 900 elo, night time hellhalt is another world lol. you would probably want every one banned there. haha just kidding : 0
