Legion TD HELL v3.97c - Changelog

General

-New Loading Sceen

-Improved slightly aura sharing mechanisms

-Provoke Anarchy is now given automatically only on AC and NC modes.

-Now Advanced Barracks are autoselected after they upgrade on level 10 and level 15

-Missed autoheals now heal from 60% of max king hp to 75% of max king hp

-Increased maximum healing of auto heal from 20000 to 24000

-Builder is now auto picked in pr mode


King
*King's Shockwave:
-Range up to 1100 from 1200
-Damage from 200+8dps for 20sec to 180+9dps for 20sec

*Provoke Anarchy
-Mancost from currentMana to 60% of the CurrentMana


Champion
-Champion Regen aura from 900AoE to 600AoE
-currentHP damage increase from 0.2% to 0.1% per hit
-max currenthp damage from 10% to 5%
-Damage return from 40% to 35%
-Bounty for a leaking Champion from 50% to:
25% bounty for the Challenger
25% bounty for the Killer
-Increased a little the Hp of champions at level 8,12,16,24,28,29

Well, the game just got super HARD (cc,ac modes!). Hope you enjoy it, if not you can play one of the other modes :)
Or the oldskool map version (nc mode).

(O_O) i love ac mode, thanks Hellraiser!, cc mode not bad either can be very tough and can screw yourself over, died on level 4 to a fat pig, problem is how do you even know if they are even challenging champions? had one game were guy didn't challenge one at all, which not bad thing cause i can get ahead of him in income from champions if i don't leak that much that is. But atm i find AC a very fun mode :-).


How come you didn't make champions spawn after 4? just curious cause 5 always a good wave to send on depending on players units, I could always live with out it was just wondering.

Actually maybe its a good thing their isn't champion on 5, could see a lot of players losing on that level, haha.

command attack doesnt work.. And many games share auras run back to each base

Glad you like the new modes.

CC is not really an easy mode, but it let skill differences be displayed more clearly, as you can get quite the boosting using champion, but you can also die very easy on wrong calls, thus I made anarchy buyable on CC. Ultimately, Its all about the mind games. If someone choose to never challenge a champion, while you do, it does rack up quite the difference in value and there were you can see the difference in skill level. Meanwhile, well its not hard to tell if someone is challenging or not champion, you just need the extra experience at sniffing it out.

If level 5 is a good level to send, then it doesn't matter if it doesnt spawn champion, no? Anw, it gives players time to setup some sort of defense to be ready for the champs.

Well makes me only wanna save for 6/7/8 now. I guess if you do make them leak badly on 5, extra income and could regain the wood you spent for 5. depending on king skill, if you're wanting to send for 6 or 7 also, guess i need to do some more testing, with level 5 sending in ac mode :-p

Hello, we have a group dedicated to playing Legion TD HELL, our current objective is to finish wave 30 on a 3v3.
Problem is, 3.97 causes wc3 to crash for half the players on waves 22/23, so our quest to finish the map has come to an halt.

Really looking forward to newer releases!

I played an -ac game where we planned to send on 7, saving all the way through. The other team still sent 5, and between both of us having no income yet and medicore value, we both leaked and had to spend about half the wood we saved for 7 to upgrade the king on 5 instead. Lots of new intersting metas, I'd say wait a little while and see how it plays out before changing 5 to have bosses as well. Also boss hawks sounds scary.

I haven't seen any crashes yet, is it always the same people crashing, or does it seem random?

@HELLRAlSER I think pewees was already nerfed and are good where they are atm. I do think u should introduce servants back to the game, making them cost 30 only. Ty!

Hi,

Could you by any chance post some replays with games crashing or links of those replays?

The interval was 0.01sec damage instances and now its 1sec. Overall the damage is pretty much the same.

@zion
I do agree that peewees while they are good they are that good units, thus i do not intend to do anything else than a minor nerf. Still am testing 3.97c, nothing is final before the new version is out.

I find that to be a troop of tier 6, his ONLY skill is not very good compared with other troops from that tier (although it is a subjective review).

are you nerfing all champions as a whole?, cause two days of testing random set ups, (imo) I don't think all champions need a nerf? found going full on tanks or crappy tanks/aoe or chaos/tanks or tanks/bounce, or just maverick himself does fine on 7.

but, (imo) only champ i see that needs a tiny tiny nerf is 7, I like it how it is, but im sure not many players do. And 17,27,28, I don't believe 29 needs one, seems easier out of the two, 27/28 that's it i believe.
