Balancing increases the range of strategies available. Increasing the range of strategies increases the skill cap of the map. Increasing the skill cap would be a good thing for the game as the influence of the luck factor in LTD is undeniable.

A lot of the problems in team ltd occur because the king is OP on levels 11-14 and underpowered on later levels. This allows team to practically not die on 11-14 for the kill send on level 15/17.

Another problem is the fact that certain levels are so weak as kill levels eg 12/16. if every level was a potential 'kill' level saving will have certain risks and more strategies will be introduced.

Ways to conteract this:
1. Increase king upgrade cost 2x (and increase income gained for the upgrade 2x) - make it harder to max king which will make levels 11-14 harder to defend against.
2. Increase king skill caps - make it easier to defend vs 15/17
3. A combination of the two above
4. Give phase to range units after reaching mid - make it harder to hold at the king.

Building upon this, levels 1-10 can also be greatly improved with balancing to introduce new strategy.
5. Buff levels 6,9 and nerf 7. With every level being balanced, the range of strategies will increase.

Even with immo and 4 heals you can die lvl 14 with maxed king.

Sure you can go for King in early game to play safe but so you wont burn enemy heals.

I think i saw burning heal on every level ltd has, so im fine with it... I would not change any level units, maybe small buffs/nerfs for some units, but pls no big changes on waves.

This will make early King uppings impossible -> makes holder rolls even better -> higher "luck factor" for rolls

If you unlock them later on (15+) id like this idea

Well ok not many games ending 12 but 16 is fine since you can send dd on it
