King had more HP

LIHL map version (so maybe fixed by now, idk).

West King started with 5650 HP (650 more than it should have) and still had 650 more HP when maxed out.

King had less hp

Our king was maxed and we couldnt up anymore but hp was stuck at 19 hp upgrades.
