-repick not working with -debug in auto mode

-repick is currently broken when not picking -ap or -hp as mode. The race picker is just empty when -ph or -pr is chosen (i.e. also on auto-mode), so not even making another prophet is possible with that.
Also, when going -debug, auto mode imo should rather be -ap than -ph, also since the timer is just set to 1s after entering -debug.

A trick is to do the mode first, than go into debug

@item as stated you can enter the gamemode first and starts the debug any time you want after it.
is that enough or shall it be changed?

@broud3r Of course it works like that, so I don't really mind. In my opinion this is still a bug, but don't bother to fix it if it requires too much effort.
