Time to nerf carrion, this charade has gone on long enough haha was funny.....now lets fix it!

Why? It's definetly strongest on 10 with some front line, but EA beats 12-14, 16 and 21 under recommended value on 4v4 and that's easy to bypass with some income. Would much rather like to see EA nerved than spitters tbh.

this unit really needs a nerf, making these massed with any mix is more powerful than any single tower in the game. I don't think we've ever had such a cheap unit that can nearly gaurantee a lvl 10 hold, even vs a strong send. I saw a game where 4 hades + massed spitters held a 3k+ send on lvl 17. I think the idea behind them is good, but perhaps reduce how much the ability can stack, similar to orc warlocks disable spell etc.

I support that suggestion. Imo the biggest problem is not the stacking of the spitter ability, but the stacking with other slowing effects. This is leading to ridiculous results when fighting bossunits such as at lvl 10 or when targeting a demon for example. I have seen games where people hold with 1300 value a 10 lvl with furb 3 3 send by having 2 spitters and another slow effect.

Also clock 380 value holding furb/bow on 3 is too much. Too strong early.

They can easily be scouted tho. But I agree that there should be some weakness earlier than 6 for them or that the cost should be higher.

An upped spitter maybe could require 2 food to not be viable early on?

Still, I want to remind you that aqua and ea are probably as overpowered as spitters. And what about Hydra, Ghost or Tok, especially since the latter now also is viable for 21?

and i saw ur topic

spider rly op
1~2 tank and mass spider just 7~10 spider 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 mid never leak and not have any weaknesses.(Especially 10 never leak)

and 15 mid too -.- bcuz 10 mid and fat

and rr mix 15 ez

It is even worse... just mass spiders and you can mid ALL lvls (not confirmed 20+)

if further balancing happens.... there's still so much uber trash units or units which u can never build. (e.g. most t1 are not viable to up at all unless ure roll is full of trash). this would game make for fun then minor balances at spider/clocks/aqua/ea/insert random strong early unit here).

but i agree, spiders transition too good into 10-20 midgame, compared to other strong pierce units for 10 (zeus/wyv/whatever)
