I think the gamenames are all his forum usernames, with two digits added to the end?

Yep, still, there's nothing logged to what I've access.

While the captcha would surely not hurt, it will only slow the spam down. Why isnt the "you already have a game in queue"-check working here?

also sometimes he Hosts then AFK for about 1hr

so many hosts in queue when he's afk
