Geunnter the real judge

OK i want to post a complaint about Geunnter about his work as a moderator, since I feel like he is much too hard in his bans.
I think he is the worst moderator on ENT and he has 0 situational awareness at all.. What you guys think?

I can take this 1 as an example: I just got banned from him https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=61806 - I apparently get banned for antistuck abuse and dark green building.

So lets see what happend in this game:

I use 1 antistuck on middle creeps on level 6, which had 0 INFlUENCE on the game at all! We talk about 1 antistuck which get me banned for 5 days!!! The important part about it, IT HAD 0 influence and not even abusive to any player in the game. + I get 12 hours warning for building 3 gnolls half square on darkgreen area on level 10.

[AGAIN] No influence at all! Not possible to pull or do anything wrong with 3 gnolls half square on dark green area?

So my comment to this is, why does he hit so hard when their was no harms done at all? I think a decent mod should be able to distinguish from major rulebreaks vs minor rulebreaks.

Another factor which annoys me:

He write this: "donbola@europe banned 5 days for as-abuse (second offense) and 12hours warned for dg-build (very tricky tbh)"
If you look up in the archives it is about 1 year back that I had my first ban for as-abuse. Doubt my first offence should matter then?

So why do i make a complaint?

I get banned for clog on level 7 and 8 where i have aquas and has 50-100 value less than recommended.
Again no major rulebreak,

But look at this, a game where dong report rocknrolled and his team https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=61735 where they PURPOSELY CLOGG HARD level 7 to win this game with 1 heal vs our 3 heals.

They leak 79 units and win the game where we leak 19 units and has 3 heals, so this IS A MAJOR RULEBREAK and had a major inluence on the outcome of the game. But no ban applied there?? This game was true clogg!

So I ask again, does this young moderator have any situational awareness at all or just he discriminates some players and let other players go?

Really? Well, you did antistuck lvl 6 in mid, so your units go away from king. Cause of this, the Golems (wave 6) cant get close to king and enemy cant click king to see if you did upgrade or not. So it actually HAD influence (and thats exactly the purpose you had!)
Ban hadnt been long, but it was your second offense about antistuck-abuse.

Im quite sure this units were full on dark green and therefor i did ban, but only as warning and easy to appeal.

You do not even start an appeal, but just a complaint because you are mad about getting banned again and again. My tip: Stop breaking the rules!

If you read my thread I had more than 1 example about your questionable decision making.

I decided to make a complaint about you because i feel like i can win this case versus you and I hope you your job as a moderator will be taken away from you. Im not mad im shocked that you ban so hard when my rulebreaks was so minor.

I also saw a recent complaint about you https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=61150 not the same case but this is actually how i feel about you and im sure many others do, you often ban people you don't like and let other people you like go free.

Does seem like you really like to handle pistov ban request and you ban hard in every case.

I feel like you very carefully decide what ban request you take care of and you like to hit harder when you know they guy right?

To my case, why did i antistuck middle? I don't know, I never do but I did it and apparently I get 5 days ban for such a small minor rulebreak, so im not complaining on the ban or neither i want to appeal it but I complaint about your decison to give me 5 days for that + I complaint about the two other games i posted in OP.

I complaint about your decisons and i want to know if you did right or wrong, [If you ban 2hard or you did what you should do according to the rules]

I qeustion about your decisons as a mod and I feel like many have the same feeling about you, that you just hit 2hard with the hammer and i wonder if you really are suited to be a moderator on a videogame. Maybe you should join the army?

nabo judged the case to be corrected. 5 days for AS is not unusual. Keep in mind, it is a glitch after all.

The moderator did not abuse nor did he overreach with the ban duration.
