get ban under controll ..!

Wow... first i don't have the best computer and i lag out time to time, i have been playing this game for years war craft 3 dota... and u need to get the ban shit under control.. 3 hours for leaving is kinda harsh when u just have a shit comp and 3 days to a week if it happens too much... way out of control your going to lose players and support if not taken care of.. further more it took like 35 min just to sign in 4 times to leave a message to a board that hopefully someone reads and does something about ... just a suggestion .. maybe make the game more user friendly or start looking else where cause people are leaving.. just look for once. that is all /

Instead of posting a complaint, you could post an appeal (viewforum.php?f=7).

And instead of raging about our banning system, you could invest your time in reading about gproxy and econnect which both are two awesome tools allowing you to reconnect to a disconnected game.

As arty said. If you are unhappy with your bans please post a ban request. unfortunetely there isn't anything we can do to you having a and I quote "shit comp". Once again, as arty has said. You can invest your time into reading about gproxy and econnect.

As for the 35 mins to sign in 4 times to leave a message seems it is something on your side. Sorry
