he could say in a more specific way why not ban Dark_Magician but for me it´s ban reason And i cannot be unvouched for making BanRequest -.-

The issue is how you treated the issue wTc. After asking him to not do so, instead of flaming him and trying to kick him, which is unacceptable in LIHL, you should have finished the game and then posted an Unvouch/Ban request for him. Instead, the way you acted in game has resulted in the loss of a Vouch for yourself. Doing something dumb in game like he did is bad, but raging and votekicking is unacceptable in a League atmosphere, if you don't like someone in the league, don't join it.

When BBB took the risk to vouch you in lihl he told you specifically to be really carefull when it comes to your attitude.

Double building in lihl is standard strategy as it gives more safety in the long run against a really hard sent. Dark_Magician did what he should have done, I find it weird the rest of your team did not take a stand in "dispute" but as it was your first game in lihl maybe you should be more welcome in other people comments and suggestions.

Your attitude is really not welcome in lihl channel, the world does not revolve around you. I doubt admins banned you for your ban request, but for your terrible attitude reactions.

i cannot read your answert. Double building is jsut noobish like MERCING. it shouln´t be normal for LIHL! IT´s no skill double building!!!

i have good manner besides one not accept my decision to solo build that´s not acceptable
and if i decide solo build he should ACCEPT IT. it is his problem if he cannot survive lvl20 not mine i would hold his bosses.

Wtc[Aunt.Tan], as you can see in our rules we are a mature and mannered league, your history has not shown you are this, so you did not qualify for the reqs in the first place with your history. However, I sticked my neck out for you and convinced the other mods that that it would only be fair to give you a chance. They agreed, but we all found it necessary to add the warning that we do not accept any childish behaviour from your side. We did that as you can see in your acceptance: viewtopic.php?f=76&t=11270

It is stated clearly in your acceptance we do not tolerate illmannered behavior and actions. You managed to call everyone except teal a noob in the first game, flame more besides that, start a votekick and ruin the fun for everyone in the game. This is what I define as illmannered behavior. Therefore we did not tolerate as we promised and unvouched you.

Just as a reference point, there has not been 1 votekick before in the entire history of the LIHL and I haven't seen anyone call anybody a noob in a serious manner. This shows you went way out of line here.
