I've played games in which I felt there should be a minimum of hate speech required towards certain people, but maybe that's just me.

@slomosapien To answer your question (which I know was not directed at me - simply providing my perspective), it is unacceptable, especially from a moderator. As a regular player, no, you will likely not be banned for that sort of behaviour, but as stated above, there is a different standard that moderators are expected to adhere to as we are expected to create a more positive environment both in-game and on-forum.
Also, as mentioned, there appears to be a pattern here where, 1 word/game here or there is not ideal but okay, everyone has bad games, etc.; however, the issue is that there appears to be a pattern.

This ^.
In short,
- As a moderator, you are held to a higher standard than regular players.
- You represent ENT, and therefore, the image you project will reflect negatively (or positively) on ENT as a whole.
- You should never make ban threats unless you are aware of all aspects of the situation.
I do hope this is not already a pattern, @Quentin , as that is not the image ENT wants its moderators to portray. In any case, we will keep an eye on this. If you have questions, feel free to ask the Oversight Staff or Staff Department.
Thanks for the complaint, processing.
