At 2000 earth gets ganked top, and a fight begins. It lasts for over a minute. Storm ( Lebron ), is full hp and mana, has a tp on his inventory, yet he never joins to help. He had plenty of chances, and lots of time.
Spoiler!
Slippery is absolutely right. With storm there, this fight would have gone a completely different way, instead of his team getting farmed. Also, expecting him to "tell you he wants to fight" while he is getting ganked/already fighting with the rest of your team, is just wrong. This is an in-house game. You are expected to show high alertness, map awareness, teamplay, coordination and cooperation, if you want to win a game like this.
By the way, you teleported back to base at 1915. Meaning your cd was ready at 2015. The fight took place from ~1935 to 2100. You had ~40 seconds to teleport, and over a minute to walk there and be of some use to your team. Instead, you walked mid and farmed neutrals/mid. Would take you an extra 5 seconds to walk top instead. No excuses there.
At 2400 earth dies mid in a fight, with only tiny there, and calls storm out. However, storm couldn't have helped in this particular situation, as he was back at base regenerating hp/mana.
Spoiler!
At 2810 the final battle begins, with storm not being there and asking them to wait for him. His team ingages out of the tower tho, and obviously storm can't join yet. He starts walking there, but by the time he is there 3 of his teammates are dead. This fight was definitely not storm's fault. His team engaged prematurely, costing them the fight.
SLipperySLark then completely abuses his powers, and kicks storm and himself out of the game.
Spoiler!
--------------------------------------
To sum it all up, Lebron's team play in this particular game was well behind the level one would expect in an in-house league. His final score of 0-3-1 is proof of that.
However, the moderator's response was definitely out of hand. That kick was an abusive overreaction, in a moment where storm was not at all at fault. Combined with the parts of the conversation Lebron provided, all i can say is this not the kind of behavior ENT expects from its staff.
Regarding OP's in and out of the league history, there was a total of 0 evidence provided to support those claims. Meaning it's just words, and won't be taken into consideration, unless you can find those instances and report them.
