Bond33 is an account of alphasori; he may not have told you about it, I'm not really sure. If it wasn't an alpha account, I'm sure he would have appealed by now.

I very much doubt he ban dodges. It's not really as common as you think. It is an account of alpha, he just didn't tell you. Either that or he's lying, which shouldn't surprise you coming from a cheater.
