/ w Clan.Enterpise Problem

Hola, Soy de Argentina y en Ombuserver uso el Server http://serpi90.no-ip.info/ y la pregunta es porque cuando voy a susurrar a /w Clan.Enterpise, dice que no esta conectado. nunca esta conectado
Yo necesito susurrarle a Clan.Enterpise para agregar mas admin a mi cuenta y para otras cosas. por favor una solución
