In my recent game, I was banned for "ban dodging" I had no idea what it is, and was banned for "ban dodging" a game mod checked the ban appeal I had and unabnned me because there was strictly no evidence whatsoever.
The admin that banned me was Formadawgs, I feel like he shouldn't be an admin because he abuses his position and he was flaming me the entire game along with a few of my buddies. The game name was, [ENT] DotA rdem us/ca #39

I'm claiming that he shouldn't be a game moderator because he really abuses it and is unprofessional.
This is my opinion anyways, if anymore problems arises I will let other admins know.
Just wanted to make the complaints section more frequently used.

This is your side of things, however you must understand that no moderator is perfect, we too make mistakes. I am sorry that you were unfairly banned, that is one thing we always try to avoid. Banning an innocent person. I will take a look at this game, but if some one flames at you, you can always use the !ignore command.

I've been told, that this isn't his first time either. He's received 2-3 warnings before, along with many other unspecified game mods that I won't mention that don't think he deserves his position due to abuses - but thanks for the reply.

Yes, he banned you for ban dodging.
Imho he should put what nickname is banned so others admin can check by ip if you're dodging or not.

He was flaming me particularlly, perhaps not in that game but he has before. With the ban dodging, I've never dodged a ban or even understand what it is, he just banned me without no reason or request which kind of upsets me.

LOL wheres the replay this is ghettorhymes is it not your lucky i didnt save replay and ban you for maphack you pulled plug along with your friend alahn or some shit you knew you were going to lose. and you pulled plug so you wouldnt be banned for leaving so yes i gave you a 2 day ban for that becuz in any case you have probably done this before

i didnt ban for ip dodge it doesnt say ban for ipdodge it says dodge ban he dodged a ban by pping thus not having to wait out the game he was about to lose.. so if he had left normally he woulda gotten an autoban of two hours but he dodged it... i realy wish i had saved replay but it was late and i went to sleep right after game ended... but if i had saved replay you would be banned for maphack

Well if he does maphack than he deserves to be banned a lot longer.

The replay should be stored in your servers, go ahead and check it - as for the pull plug, I didn't' do it on purpose, I got disconnected literally, I would of stayed in the game if that problem didn't arise, so why are you accusing me something? I think you are an bad admin. Check the replay, as if I MH.

first off i don't just ban any one.. kinda funny how you dropped as the tide had turned and you began losing..

As a character witness, i've only seen formadawgs ban users who deserved it...In all of the games we have played together i have never witnessed "abuse of position."

I can vouch for forma too, since I played quite a few games with him, never seen him abuse his position ^_^

Formadawgs: don't ban for plug pulling, leavers get banned automatically (including plug pullers)...

In the end, ban dodge or ipdodge is the same thing, pretty similar. A player just trying to avoid the ban.
You should put PP, but we do not ban for PP due to autoban :3

Conclusion: Forma didn't a mistake banning you, if you think he did, you should make a complaint about autoban.
About flaming there's no evidence. So I believe there is nothing else to talk, moving to processed.
