Guenter mod abuse

this is not a ban appeal, this is a request for disciplinary actions against guennter as a mod.

banned 2 players on his team on ent31 bot.

he banned pink player before round 2 starts for sending a fur while no team send was called.

he banned me he said because i do not follow team decision to up king at round 9 and 10. ( no team consensus was decided, 2 players wanted to send 10, 1 player upped king alone, one player followed the player who upped king ).

and wasting a heal on purpose at any level can be done for a big kill send its a strategic call.

I believe u had many complaints before for being trigger happy.

I banned shiza cause he did solosend without telling anything ... Had been warning since he had prisi and maybe just dont knows better, but then he did solo @lvl 10 again.

2players wanted to upgrade in lvl 10, 2players (you and me) didnt want. Then pink just started to up, so i said:
(20:32 / Allied) Guennter: ok ... king now
So there were 3 people upgrading. Thats whole team but you. We did need a heal, while u could have saved this heal with just around 4upgrades (aka 320wood) while you did save more then 1,5k wood.

Also: If you want to do a strategic call, you can do it. But here pink destroyed your plan of sending 10 by upgrading, team agrees on upgrade afterwards and you just say:
(20:32 / Allied) Guennter: ok ... king now
(20:33 / Allied) Danbo2502: king
(21:33 / Allied) pewpew-lasergun: sigh ill save my wood
And then do not upgrade nor tell us your plan, but just waste the heal which had needed 320 wood (most likely even less).

Im quite sure i did nothing wrong here ...
