Why?
RadiantCrystal tells me I am biased. I'm not.
There was prior incident with marshmallows and I reported him. His ban request was denied. I got over it. Got in several games with him after that obviously giving him a chance and not being biased. If I was biased, I'd just dodged him right away.
Yet he seems to repeat the same things and doesn't get banned. That's not being biased, but curious about how and to whom the rules apply?
