Dissatisfied with how this appeal was solved

Hello,

I'd like a superior and experienced ENT moderator reviews this case objectively. The accused player refused to teamplay during the whole game, didnt send with us, didnt' heal twicely what turned out to be fatal (his second non heal lvl 8 eventually killed us; we would survive with it) and earns only a 4 hours ban therefore? Quite inaccectable.

Reviewed this by myself, and honestly I don't understand why pink got only 4 hours for not sending and not healing. He clearly slacked whole game and it had an effect on outcome. At least ~2 days ban is more appropriate in my opinion, his gameplay bordered with game ruining, which is pushished much more harder. My friend Nubclone asked him to pay more attention on the game after not sending, but he still didn't care. 4 hours would teach nothing to such people.

Just reviewed the game once again, and indeed he failed yet again after missing heal on 7 which may lead to the end of the game on lv 8. Ban adjusted to 2 days.
