Unless we are interested in recruiting another Whacko, we might think twice for accepting this one. He is known to viciously harass people in a sexual way. I try to stray from the games I find him in. He often calls me offensive names and says mean things about players in public games. I have tried to confront him about it but I end up feeling sexually confused as he and Whacko often try to tag-team me. I have even gone to the length of contacting his mother via my mother, the only logical thing to do in this scenario, but it seems his mother supports his decisions and encourages this outrageous behavior. This is a constant fear and I feel violated just conversing with him. This is a serious problem I'd like to share as I fear bringing him on board is not safe for the community. In all honesty, we should attempt to ban it sooner than later.

As I was saying, this is a serious issue I felt could not be kept from light. I will speak for the community when I say it is in our best interest to eliminate him from moderator candidacy and preferably ban him.
