I'll support.
Seems reliable on his reviews, and has good knowledge of rules.
Let's just play nice.

Well spoken, right on the money with his reviews, knows when to deny as well as when to ban.

I processed quite a few of his reviews, he did a lot of them within a short space of time and he seems to have a good work ethic. Accurate and has had good judgement of when to deny or not so far. Saw some DRM usage in there too.

I reviewed a few of the ban requests he commented on and most of them are accurate, relevant and complete.
I also reviewed a few ban requests from him and I saw he had a very good attitude in-game

@Max-Well
However, there was this ban request (viewtopic.php?f=24&t=107763&p=425106#p425106) where you said that the user should not be banned because he was not aware of the servant bug. Then, when I banned him for 5 days, I was expecting you to come hit us on Discord to ask a few questions and to make it all clear, which, as far as I know, you didn't.
There is a latin motto stating like this:
Ignorantia juris non excusat

Which means "Ignorance is not an excuse". However, if the user appealed, I would have considered the fact that he wasn't aware of the rules.
Furthermore, I would really like you to improve your presence in Discord.

All in all, I !support this application.

I agree with the people which spoke before me, BUT he just started posting on an other players banrequest for the first time at 30.03.2017 ... thats just 8 days ago.
Imo he should show his activite and dedication a bit longer.

If you feel he isn't dedicated enough so far give him a trial period as mod. If his activity does not stay up to date you can remove him as you see fit at that time. I see no reasons to reject him, he has given pretty good judgement so far, everyone has to start from somewhere. I made a ton of mistakes back in the day as well.
