I kind of agree that his language skills are the bottleneck to this application. I totally understand that it is not easy as a non native speaker to have a good written expression, but this community is run in english. So I think decent writing in english is absolutely mandatory. His reviews are sometimes hard to understand, but I think that he has a good insight in LTD and even more so in 1200+ and that would make him a really valuable contribution to the team. I feel that he has good judgement when it comes to details regarding builds or tactical choices. Not that I have a word here, I just wanted to point this out after the negative feedback. I would be more comfortable if more mods with deeper game experience could look into BRQs.

Regarding the language skills, I really recommend using google translate as a helper and I think that in time his language problems will fade away.
