Brief introduction: I am from Berlin Germany, been living here all my life. I finished my studies in technical Computer Science and have been working in the same field for the last year. I have played so many online games, that even my real life friends call me Zia.

What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): I am playing 2 hours a day and much more at the weekend.

What is your current time zone: CET

Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: Because I am playing Warcraft 3 for several years or more, I have been in plenty of clans. I was usually assigned to be a shammy, because I was good at entertaining players and inviting new people into the community/clan. Other than that I am the representative of the Battleships Crossfire discord. But I did not do a lot of moderating and have no experience in moderating a forum.

Why do you want to become a game moderator: Recently I am transitioning from playing to just being a part of the community, looking through the forum and just trying to help other people. After being active on the forum I got asked if I had thought about applying for the a moderator position. So I thought: Why not? I like the community and want to help maintain it's quality and maybe even increase it in the future. And I found myself having a lot of fun giving my statements on ban requests.

What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community: I would consider myself a helpful and friendly person. I am pretty active, especially on discord to see if someone needs help and try to help as fast a possible.
Closing Statement: My concern was that I have a lack of knowledge of DRM. But the latest patch seems to be stable for now and if maphack is a thing again I will be ready.

His posted BRQs seem reasonable. However, in this one, his input is a bit concerning:

You did everything to provoke this guy: flamed him, steal exp and lasthits.

He apparently thinks "Stealing XP or lasthits" is forbidden in or frowned upon in Dota. That is concerning in my opinion.

If he means following people who are jungling to leech exp and using spells and items like finger of death or dagon to last hit heroes instead of being helpful, which are things people do, it's absolutely frowned upon and can be bannable in certain cases.

Ok let me get this clear:
First of all I never said that I think it is forbidden to "Stealing XP or lasthits". But at the time from 6:18 to 7:10 he complains about Leshrac being low on level and for feeding. But as he does this he is sitting in Leshrac's lane "Stealing XP or lasthits" and taking Leshrac's chance of recovering from his position, in which he was because he was up against a Huskar. I think this could be considered as "ruining the game on purpose", because he is lowering his team's chances of winning while doing effectively nothing for his team.

I tried to put Leshrac's action in perspective from this game. But while doing that I focused too much on it and failed to write about the the actual reason for this banrequest. Before I reviewed this I saw the author provoking in two other games, which lead to others breaking the rules. I should have just made a full analysis for this game, because I already watched the whole replay anyway.

Thanks @pinheadlarry for pointing this out. I will try to work on that and focus on the important aspects of the replays.

Great activity, good reviews and seems motivated to help the community. I think Ziadoma shows potential to become a great moderator.
