Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: Hmm, I can focused myself on ban appeals and ban request and i dont have fogclick its a third party program. I've only used a dota helpful programs such as Dotareplayseeker manager and some other to checkout of backstamp. I respect terms of use and violation and will not broke them, will follow up and uphold them.
Why do you want to become a game moderator? I want to become an moderator with one goal, to prevent people from violating and abusing game and rules, to make every are playing fair, and to help people that are new to dota or any ent game on bnet for sure. i wanan uphold and upfollow the rules and disband anyone who trying to ruin the game and disrespect rules of enterprise servers.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community? Focused more on maphacks issues, on ban appeal explaining people how and what and being polite and useful to forums and in game.

!against user shows immaturity and no offence but there seems to just be language issues for english... I am not on board with this user being a moderator, especially if he just keeps changing his name / making a new acc etc etc.
