Not to ruin a good point Agreements but everyone looses their head once in a blue moon. I see some current mods sometimes overreacting on their bans and seems like you may have done so once or twice in your career too.
Honestly his application looks solid and one overreaction is imo not enough to ruin his chances.
@thelordgr learn from your mistakes and I am sure you would be a solid asset to the ENT team.
